Can I choose monthly or yearly billing?
Yes. Select your preferred billing cycle before choosing a plan. The API prices update automatically.
What do domain, mailbox, and storage limits mean?
Domain limit is the number of connected domains, mailbox limit is the number of email accounts, and storage is one shared pool across every mailbox in the plan.
Are there email sending limits?
Fair-use and anti-abuse controls protect deliverability for all customers. Plans are for legitimate person-to-person and business email, not bulk or transactional campaigns.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a plan with higher domain, mailbox, or storage limits as your needs grow.
Is migration support included?
